Do I need a special license for a 15-passenger van?
No. A regular driver’s license is enough for the Suburban and both Sprinters.
How much luggage fits with every seat full?
Each vehicle page shows how many suitcases fit with every seat full.
Can you deliver to my hotel or airport?
Yes. Pick an airport or delivery spot when you book, or text us at 408-521-1616.
What is your deposit and when is it refunded?
$450, held on your card at pickup and released after the vehicle is returned.
Can I change my trip after booking?
Yes. Sign in, open your trip and send a change request for dates, times, pickup place or extras. We approve or decline it and let you know by text and email.
